All Disease Starts in the Gut
We have developed a new and revolutionary fermented vegan juice called “Think Pink Probiotic Drink”. This unique product tastes like liquid sauerkraut and contains high counts of live culture probiotics,  with prebiotic vegetable fibers, and the super-nutrient metabolites of lactic acid fermentation. We’ve received such incredible feedback from so many people (see testimonials) that we began to look for science to explain this phenomenon. The results of that investigation are the basis of this website. The implication of this information is absolutely astounding. We are firm believers that all disease starts in the gut, and that healing ANY health condition, either physical or mental, can be facilitated by supporting gut health. If you have any doubt about that just listen to the experts.

Our Mission
“to empower people to take control of their own health and live happy, healthy, productive lives”

Our Pledge
“We will do our best to support your health. The information provided and recommended products are chosen because they are best for you, not because they make us money. We believe in the healing power of our microorganisms, and the value they have to improve lives. We know if we focus on providing that, the money will follow.”

And speaking of money, here’s a question for you…  What is your health worth?  Really, what would you be willing to do to have more energy, feel better mentally, have improved digestion and elimination, and get a stronger immune system to protect yourself from degenerative diseases such as Diabetes, Heart Disease, cancer, and

Korean Kimchi

autoimmune diseases like RA, chronic fatigue, MS, lupus, etc, and eliminate the harmful effects of herpes and Epstein Barr viruses?

Hopefully you would be willing to do a lot. Hopefully you believe as we do that nothing in this life happens without the body: everything we do , experience and could ever want depends on the body. Therefore making the health of the body life’s primary directive only makes sense.

Human beings rely on the microorganisms in their gut (their microbiome) to provide health and well being on many levels. Microorganisms break down the food we eat into a form that we can use, protect us from disease, and are chemical factories producing essential neurotransmitters, and other chemicals that we simply could not live without.

Scientific research of the gut’s effect on human health and the role of gut bacteria in particular is very hot right now. While scientists are just scratching the surface of understanding the complex relationships of the 10 trillion microorganisms that live in our guts, there are literally thousands of research projects that show the ability of these microorganisms to create health of both mind and body.

We have spent countless hours studying the scientific and medical literature. We distilled that information and put it into a 45 minute PowerPoint presentation called “Probiotics, Fermented Food, the Microbiome and the Gut’s Effect on Health“.  We believe this is the most complete and concise explanation of the subject available online at this time and highly encourage you to watch it.

The information contained in this presentation and these other presentations is so convincing, we believe that once you see it you will be thoroughly motivated to build a healthy microbiome; and the best way to do this by:

1) ensure you’re getting BOTH probiotic and prebiotic through supplementation and diet.
2) eat a diet high in the vegetable fibers that feed the good microorganisms, and through eating live culture fermented foods like sauerkraut and kimchi.
3) avoid the types of foods that feed the bad guys, particularly sugars and some fats.
4) avoid the antibiotics, foods and medicines that kill the healthy gut bacteria.

A good analogy

Probiotics from supplements and fermented foods are like seeds, and the prebiotic fibers from supplements and vegetable fibers are like the fertile soil those seeds need to thrive. FFL products contain BOTH super strains of probiotic microorganisms and prebiotic fibers that are pre-colonized, along with the byproducts of fermentation, which have a synergistic effect on health. This is the best way we know to build a healthy microbiome.

Get me the facts!

Fact #1) A huge body of scientific research is clearly and unarguably demonstrating that the microorganisms that live in our gut play a huge role in our health and well being, both mentally and physically.

Fact #2)   70-90% of all disease can be traced back to gut problems (THAT’S HUGE), which often start with an overgrowth of bad bacteria and fungus yeast etc.

Fact #3)    Modern diet and over counter and prescription drugs wreak havoc on the good bacteria in our gut, allowing the bad guys to colonize the mucus membrane on the interior wall of the gut. Combine those effects with the disappearance in the modern diet of fermented foods such as live-culture sauerkraut and pickled vegetables, that were a regular part of the human diet before refrigeration and you have a perfect storm of devastation to human health that looks very much like the health profile in modern America.

While we do our best to keep the information here positive and avoid alarmist fear mongering, the facts about disease in America are very sobering. Our country is in a huge health crisis. Obesity, diabetes, heart disease cancer, arthritis etc are all the new normal. This is an unfolding disaster quietly devastating our way of life, both personally and societal.

Fact #4) A healthy microbiome can be established with a little effort and some of the readily available resources. Much of the science and many of the functional medicine doctors are emphasizing the importance of taking both probiotic and prebiotic. These are the “good guy” health promoting beneficial organisms (we like to call them God’s little angels) and the prebiotic vegetable fibers, which are like fertile soil that the good guys thrive on. Prebiotics are usually raw fiber from plants such as chicory, artichoke, jicama, asparagus, and root vegetables.

Fact #5) FFL’s Bold Gold and Think Pink probiotic drinks contain both probiotics and prebiotics. Our prebiotic vegetable fibers are already colonized with super strains of microorganisms and contain the beneficial byproducts of lactic acid fermentation, which work synergistically to support health in ways that probiotic supplements alone simply cannot do. While many manufacturers of health care products and supplements make great claims about their products, they often end up disappointing their clients.

At FFL we have a different situation. Our product is so beneficial for so many health conditions that if we told you what we really believed about our product we would be in violation of laws enforced by the FDA for making unproven health claims.

We prefer to let our clients speak for us with written and video testimonials. The claims they make about their near complete recovery from decades long chronic conditions in as little as 3 days to 3 weeks are so extraordinary that we were amazed ourselves.

These amazing stories of immediate and life altering health recovery clearly show the phenomenal potential of these * super-strains of microorganisms to support health.

For those of you who are thinking; “this sounds too good to be true” (cause it really does), we invite you to do some homework.  This website is a clearinghouse for information on the * scientific research into the  microbiomes and the gut’s crucial role in health, and those medical  * clinicians that use this information to help their patients.  The sum total of all this information points to the potential of these micro-organisms to create a health revolution in America and around the world.

FFL is committed to catalyzing this health revolution creating a world where every human being has the benefits of a healthy gut and microbiome.  And we need your help to fulfill this mission.  This revolution has to start with individuals, people like you, that are committed to their health. The first principle of holistic health is that the individual takes charge of his or her own health.  That means informing yourself.  While health care practitioners like doctors, chiropractors, and holistic practitioners can be used as a support team, no one knows your body as well as you do.  And no one is going to put the time and energy into supporting your health that you can.

Simply relying on your doctor(s) to provide for all your health care needs is a failed model.  Doctors are overwhelmed by their responsibilities, and always short on time.  Winslow Murdoch, M.D., an excellent primary care provider says specialists provide “educated guesswork”, they simply don’t have the time to examine you and your file thoroughly.  Nor do they have time to keep up with the constantly evolving medical literature.

When the individual does enough homework to “peek behind the door”, he sees the systemic failure of a medical systems that is driven by the profit motive.  Prevention is always better for the individual than cure,  Take care of their own health first, then empowering friends and family to the same ends.

While there are many ways to support your health, our focus is on creating a healthy microbiome and we believe taking super pink and bold gold probiotic drinks are the best way to achieve that. *

At this time FFL is making very limited quantities of Bold Gold as we gear up to commercial production.  We are looking for  individuals in Philly with health issues, particularly gastro-intestinal issues, such as IBS, diverticulitis, colitis, celiac, constipation, etc…, to participate in a preliminary research program.

For those people outside the Philadelphia area, please see our microbiome health recommendations page for suggestions and resources.

And please join our mailing list sign up for pre-ordering and share this information with your friends and family.

Medicine can only impact the physical body. No doctor can clean your mind, where the root of every disease or disturbance lies. As a result, physical healing is not permanent without spiritual healing. Humankind has not yet realized the importance of the invisible, spiritual body. Reality is invisible. The paradox of life is that humanity places all their emphasis on the physical body, because it is visible. True spiritual and permanent healing however consists of never losing sight of the spiritual body because our physical vehicle must be made subject to the body of the Spirit. Our true origin is Spirit.  – Dr Joseph Levry, founder of Naam Yoga

We believe that developing a healthy microbiome is only the first step in healing. Developing a  regimen of diet, exercise, and meditation is key to lifelong health.
